3. Installation & First Launch
Installation
- Download the
.dmgfile from the official website - Open the
.dmgand drag ESTË Live into the Applications folder - On first launch, macOS may ask for confirmation: click Open in the Gatekeeper dialog
First Launch
On first launch, ESTË Live:
- Displays a splash screen with the logo and loading status
- Creates the working directory
~/ESTE/with the initial structure - Generates a default song with 6 channels and 4 buses
- Starts the WebSocket server on port 3001
Default initial configuration:

You can change names, count, and configuration of channels/buses in Settings (see Section 9).
